Tender Mercies

Two posts in one day, you are all super lucky! haha ok, GOOD NEWS!!! I got a call from my doctor's surgical scheduling nurse. She said she talked to the doctor and they are ready to schedule surgery. I told her that I don't think we can go any farther with treatment at this point because my insurance doesn't cover infertility costs at all, and we can't afford a very expensive surgery. She said that she had just talked to my insurance company and because it is considered a medically necessary procedure (polyps can turn into cancer down the road) they are covering 100% after we hit our $2,500 deductible!!! WHOO HOO!!!

**cue the angels singing**

So... August 1st my little polyps (oh.. did I mention there are MANY of them?!?! Gross.. what else is hiding in my uterine lining?!?!) are going away and there will then be a polyp-free, healthy, soft, squishy perfect place for our babies to grow. Studies have shown that 63% of women who are infertile and have the polyps removed get pregnant with IUI after surgery, as opposed to only 28% that get pregnant through IUI with the polyps. I know that God is in control. I know that as long as I am willing to do whatever He asks me to do, we will get our miracle babies. We will be parents. I know it, I feel it. I have had numerous blessings  in which I have been told I will be a mother, that I will know the joy of being pregnant and that my children will be born healthy and at full term. I just have to be patient now... I had a dream before I ever met Jason that I gave birth to a 10 pound little girl in May who was born with lots of dark hair and chubby cheeks. We shall see.... Fingers crossed, prayers and baby dust to all my ttc sisters!!!!
